SHIPPING INFORMATION
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and Europe. Customers in Aruba can reach out to us directly for local drop arrangements.
How long will my order take?
Because every Arubeast product is made to order, here's how the process works:
- You place your order and payment is received.
- We process and submit your order to our fulfillment partner (Printful). This typically takes 3–7 business daysafter payment is confirmed.
- Printful produces and ships your order. Production takes approximately 2–5 business days, followed by shipping.
Estimated shipping times after production:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 2–4 weeks. We appreciate your patience, every piece is made specifically for you.
Why does it take longer than regular online stores?
Arubeast operates on a print-on-demand model. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Every item is produced fresh after your order is placed, which means higher quality and zero waste. Good things take time or as we like to call it: island time!
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, production may have already begun and we won't be able to make changes. Please contact us immediately at the Contact page if you need to make a change.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect, what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and the issue
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Can I return or exchange my order if I ordered the wrong size?
Because every item is made specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or change of mind. We strongly recommend checking our size guide on each product page before ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and more, all displayed at checkout.
I'm based in Aruba — can I still order online?
Absolutely! Aruba customers are always welcome to order through the website. You can also follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay updated on local drop dates and in-person availability.
I haven't received my order and it's been a long time — what should I do?
First, check your tracking link (sent to your email after shipping). If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days or your estimated delivery window has passed, contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner right away.
